Top Tips on home-schooling

Parents/Carers - Home schooling is not easy - so start off with easy to achieve activities. Build up the length and number of activities as your experience and your child's confidence grows and plan plenty of breaks. TOP TIP: With your child, plan a weekly timetable - DON'T ADD TOO MUCH ONTO IT and be willing to change it if things aren't working. Remember, everyone's home circumstances are different so don't compare. Further advice can be found in this article on Five tips for home schooling.
